When will my order arrive?
In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be estimated by these 2 factors:
1. Order Preparation + 2. Estimated shipping time

Sometimes preparation might take a bit longer due to factors like:
– Storewide sale periods
– Availability of products
In case your order preparation is delayed, you will receive an email from us with details and instructions. Rest assured, we will do our best to meet your requirements. - Shipping time. 2-7 business days.

Did you ship my order?
- Orders are shipped only on business days. Generally, we do not ship on weekends.
- Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after we receive your order.
How to check if your order was shipped?
- Check your email. You should receive a shipping confirmation email from us.
- Check your order status. Your order should be in Carrier status.
You will receive your tracking details via email within 1-3 business days after shipment.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1-3 business days. This processing time depends on our couriers, which require time for tracking details to be provided.
If you haven’t received your tracking number yet, it does not mean that your package hasn’t been shipped. If you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order has already been dispatched, and your tracking number is currently being prepared.
What to do in case of customs issues?
If customs holds or rejects your package, please contact us first before taking any action. Our team can assist you in understanding the situation and guide you on the best course of action.
If the package is returned to us due to customs issues, we will discuss possible reshipment or refund options (excluding shipping costs).
For assistance, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and provide all the important details. We’ll investigate the issue with the courier.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to change the shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make address changes.
Do you accept PO box addresses?
Unfortunately, we can not send to PO box addresses at the moment.
If you’ve entered a PO Box address your package will not be sent until we receive an alternative address from you. We will contact you in such case.
