Dermalingo Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in Dermalingo’s "Dermalingo Referrals" promotion (the "Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Meamo may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend, or modify the Program or these Terms at any time.

Program Overview

The Program allows you to invite friends to place an order with Dermalingo. You can earn store credit (points in Dermalingo Rewards) when the friends you refer make a qualifying purchase through Dermalingo. If you invite friends to join Dermalingo, you are a "referrer," and if you receive an invitation, you are a "referee."

Eligibility

• Participation: You may participate in this Program as a referrer until the Program is terminated or modified by Dermalingo. If you refer a referee before the Program is terminated or modified, you will still be eligible to earn the store credit described below, even if the referee does not meet the criteria before the Program ends.
• Account Requirements: Both the referrer and referee must have a valid Dermalingo account in good standing (“Valid Account”) at the time of participation and when rewards are issued.

Referral Process

• How to Refer: A referrer can refer a referee by sending the referral link provided on Dermalingoshop.com.
• Reward Criteria: To qualify for the reward, the referee must:
  1. Complete the checkout process by making a purchase.
  2. Spend at least $100.00 in a single purchase.

Reward Details

• Reward Amount: Referrers earn 15% of the invited referee’s order total as store credit (Dermalingo points). This amount will be credited to the referrer's Dermalingo Rewards balance.
• Limitations: There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer, but rewards are limited to those who meet the criteria. If multiple referrers invite the same referee, the reward will be granted to the referrer whose link was used for the purchase (the latest used link).

Receiving and Using Rewards

• Reward Timing: Credit store will be added to your Dermalingo Rewards account and will appear in your account dashboard as soon as the referral meets the reward criteria. Eligible order statuses are "Processing", "Completed", "Preparing", "Carrier".
• Exclusions:
  1. Reward will be revoked if the referred user refunded or cancelled their order. Order statuses "Cancelled", "Refunded", "Failed".
  2. Reward will not be granted if purchases made through external platforms or services not directly affiliated with Dermalingo.

Program Modifications

• Changes to Terms: Dermalingo reserves the right to limit, cancel, or revoke rewards if it determines that you have violated these Terms or if your account is restricted or closed according to Dermalingo’s policies.
• Alternate Rewards: Dermalingo may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable to fulfill the original reward for any reason.

By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and to any changes that may be made by Dermalingo.
