Order Preparation Time

  • Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days after payment.
  • Delays may occur during:
    • Large promotional events (e.g. sale periods)
    • Product restocking

If your order is delayed in preparation, we will notify you via email.

  • Final shipping time depends on:

    • Customs clearance procedures

  • Free Shipping on orders over $300 USD (auto-applied at checkout)

Customs & Delivery Issues

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties and taxes are not included in product prices.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable import fees based on their country.
  • If a package is returned to us due to customs rejection:
    • First time: One-time free reshipment
    • Third occurrence: Refund minus $30 shipping fee

Incorrect Address / PO Boxes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Marked "Delivered" But Not Received

  1. Check with neighbors, concierge or building manager
  2. Contact your local courier using your tracking number
  3. If no update after 7 days from the shipping date, email us to initiate an investigation

Courier investigations may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, please understand that customs clearance, weather, or unexpected logistics issues may cause delays.

Ice Pack Notice (Cold Chain Products)

  • Cold-sensitive products are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs
  • Even if ice is melted upon arrival, the internal temperature remains under 8°C for up to 7–8 days
  • Effectiveness may reduce slightly (<10%), but safety remains unaffected
  • Certain products are stable up to 40°C

Always store such items in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival

When will my order ship?

Within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends).

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch. This may vary depending on your country, customs, or external events.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take 1–3 business days to become active.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
  • Check your tracking link for updates
  • If no update after 7 days, contact us. We will investigate with the courier (allow 14 days for this process)
Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, but only if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Do you accept PO Box addresses?

No. PO Box addresses are not supported. If one is provided, we will request a new physical address before shipment.

What happens if the parcel is held at customs?

Contact us before taking any action. We will help assess the situation. If returned to us, we will offer reshipment or refund (excluding shipping fee).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for orders over $300 USD.

Can I select a delivery date?

No. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Please coordinate directly with your local courier using the tracking number.
